Karen gets a virus due to hanging out with a sick computer friend, so Plankton enlists SpongeBob’s help to defeat the virus. Meanwhile, as SpongeBob is hunting for the virus, Karen goes around town in a delirious state.

To avoid irritating Squidward, SpongeBob and Patrick dig a tunnel under their houses, much to Squidward’s annoyance.
