Not Normal: When Squidward points out to SpongeBob that he’s not normal, SpongeBob makes it his mission to become normal. SpongeBob begins to lose all his spongey-ness, and it’s not long before he’s completely unrecognizable, even to his best friends. Could this be the end of SpongeBob SquarePants as we know him?

Plankton!: SpongeBob falls victim to a scheme by the evil Plankton, Mr. Krabs’ minuscule arch-rival with the Napoleon complex. Plankton hides out in SpongeBob’s head and takes control of his brain. SpongeBob finds he must fight his own body to prevent himself from handing over the secret Krabby Patty recipe to Plankton.

Goo Goo Gas: Plankton plans on making Mr. Krabs helpless by turning him and the rest of the Krusty Krab staff into babies with a gas he created.

Plankton creates a sauce that lowers the intelligence of whoever eats it. The fumes are sucked into an air vent, absorbed by a cloud, and rain on Bikini Bottom, turning everyone as stupid as Patrick. Sandy and Karen are the only ones not affected, and must re-educate the town.

Upon learning that “imitation is the sincerest form of flattery” from Squidward, SpongeBob impresses his friends through impressions of them. He becomes so obsessed with impressions that he loses his own identity, and SpongeBob’s friends need to imitate him to remind him who he is.

Squid of Strike: Believing Mr. Krab is taking advantage, Squidward convinces naive SpongeBob to join with him and threaten Mr. Krabs with a strike. When Mr. Krabs fires them both, a frustrated Squidward tries to teach SpongeBob the art of picketing, but business only gets better for Mr. Krabs, and Squidward is forced to make […]
