The Martians hire Hubie and Bert, who trick Dodgers and Cadet into thinking the other is out to kill them.

Dodgers is turned into a cyborg and must stop the Martians from attaining cyborganic technology.

Dodgers has to go back to Galactic Training Academy, and to make things worse, a drill sergeant is always watching him.
